I know it's weird sharing a pancake recipe but this is a good one trust me. Very fluffy, silky, doesn't break and rich!! Serve along with my caramel sauce recipe link here and you have one lovely breakfast!! This is my go to recipe and I definitely love it.
INGREDIENTS
1 cup Flour
3 tbsp Sugar (less or more as you wish)
3 Eggs
30g Melted butter
2 Cups Warm Milk
1/4 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Cinnamon (optional)
1/2 tsp Nutmeg
Caramel Sauce for serving
INSTRUCTION
* Combine flour, sugar, butter, salt, milk, cinnamon and nutmeg. Whisk.
* Add eggs and whisk.
* Heat pan with very little oil. Pour batter in small portions (don't overpour as pancake might come out too thick. Just pour enough to cover the pan or little if you want smaller pancakes.)
*Fry on low heat. Once the top looks cooked (no liquid batter on it), flip it and cook that side.
* Flip to check if all is evenly cooked.
* Roll the ends and serve with favorite topping
** The secret to a fluffy pancake is the milk! You need a liquid batter to achieve that thinness.
